Terms.
- Subscription auto-renews every 4 weeks unless canceled.
- Choose the subscription with the number of lessons you want each week.
- Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours in advance.
- In unusual circumstances, Pedingo may need to substitute a tutor for a lesson and will notify the parent in advance by email if that happens.
- Teachers will wait up to 15 minutes for a student to join the session. After 15 minutes, the teacher may choose to wait longer, but they are not obligated to do so.
- If a student is late to class, the lesson will proceed as scheduled and will not be extended beyond the original end time.
- No-shows or lessons rescheduled within 4 hours will be charged.
- Lessons are recorded for quality control purposes.
- Payment is not refundable 24 hours after the first lesson.
